「労働助成金の廃止」、怒りを煽る
The elimination of a labor assistance program, which provided around $78,000 per month to nearly 1 million people, has been cited as a key reason for the unrest. This move has left many struggling to enter the workforce, leading to widespread discontent.
Protests and road blockades have been reported in several provinces, including Jujuy, Chaco, Santiago del Estero, Corrientes, Tucumán, and Buenos Aires, as well as key access routes to the capital city.
In Chaco province alone, some 47,000 people had been receiving the assistance, which is equivalent to over 3 billion pesos that will now be removed from the economy.
